Esta expresión significa “decidir”. El verbo es “separable”, puedes decir “make up your mind” o “make your mind up”.

Make your mind up! We haven’t got the whole day to decide!
¡Decídete! ¡No tenemos todo el día para decidir!

I really cannot make my mind up about which dress to wear at Susan’s wedding.
No puedo decidirme acerca de qué vestido ponerme en la boda de Susan.
